I woke up early
just to prove to Shon Lee
tht cycling is not TOUGH for me.
Went to Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam
for a BIKING outing
with my sista, Jo, Shon Lee & his 4 H-E-L-P friends.
Blue skies, Green hills
Da fresh air,
Da vast land,
Da radiant sun-rays,
Da beautiful canopies,
God's CREATIONS
Da never-ending paths
uphill & downhill
for us to cycle.
With da wind blowing
For once, my sista & I
feel so young & carefree.
Da lil stamina I had,
I used it all up
To pedal & pedal -
Tired & exhausted, but ...
For once,
I've no rregret for waking up early (:
Da driver ;D
I can jump, SO HIGH !
but SHE CAN'T ! hahahaha. this is da 3rd times she tried.
I feel so healthy !
