LIVE FAST, DRESS PRETTY: A Fantabulous Prom !

6 hours before prom - Appointment with Sam, the hairstylist from ZOLA hair salon. wanted him to curl my hair only but he did more than tht ... he braided my hair. well, is better than what I've expected (:

4 hours before prom - Reached KL Hilton. thanks to the "porter", helping me to carry all the prom stuffs - the sash, the tiara, the pressies in 2 bags, then work started - getting ready the ballroom, the backdrop, the awards table and reception - the final touch.

1 hour before prom - Since time was limited, we prom committee did not have much time to freshen up. i'm sure we all could look much better. lolol. we did our own make up and re-touched our hair. calls kept coming in saying tht they have arrived and we need to open the registration counter.

- The BLAST at KL Hilton Ballroom began as early as 7pm. the arrival of the ladies and gentlemen, walking down the red carpet. the ladies - all "dressed to the nines" and the gentlemen, the class of 08 looked good in their tuxedos and blazers. our invited guest was XandriaOoi, ex CHSian. my prom date, KevinLoo seated next to the bday girl, *ME* was very lucky tht night. he won an ipod in the lucky draw with his ticket number 113. I was really shocked.

Before that, was an opening speech by Sonia, followed by a magic show, some break-dance performances, cool rappers, solo presentation by Benedict, then the music began. we set the dance floor ablaze ! it was really crowded but we'd fun to the max. when we, the committee took over the stage, it was even fun - nominating and giving away awards to the PROM KING & QUEEN, BEST COUPLE and also the BEST DANCER. the prizes were goooood ones ! cause I chose all the prizes ! lolol. glow in the dark condom for the best couple, cool isn't?

Enough said. it was an unforgettable night of Glitz and Glam. I was drop-dead tired, reaching home around 4am.
